Genpop is a services framework that assists individuals in developing their career
through a set of free online services, in an effort to bridge the gap between
companies searching for resources and individuals looking for an adequate job.
These online applications or services will also aid in the preparation of an
individual's career even if he or she is not searching for a job in this precise moment.
Our commitment is to improve our services as we receive feedback from our users.
Employers will be able to use our targeted search services to post jobs and
search for candidates with a specific match rate (0-100%). This
match index is calculated by our Match Index © Technology based on each
individual's profile, allowing for individuals to found by the specific
search criteria such as:
- Education Background
- Work History
- Years of Experience on a specific Industry
- Technical Certifications, etc.
How Employers Benefit
Genpop doesn't force Employers to breeze through numerous resumes posted by
individuals instead we let you search intelligently through all our registered user's profiles.
This way you may identify which individuals comply with the job posting's
requirements and which ones have a high match index.
How we protect Individual's information through our Privacy
Employers will be able to search for individuals who are candidates for job
postings, but will only view how many and what Match Index © each individual. It
is at this point that Employers may request permission from the individual to
view their profile. Individuals will receive notification of this request and
decide whether or not they are interested in sharing their profile information on
a case by case basis. Genpop cannot and will not force individuals to share their
information and will not be held responsible if this is the case.
Cost of services to Employers
Genpop will soon provide a Services Cost Section on this page to interested
Employers when we launch our search services, planned forDecember 2008. We
plan to have flexible and competitive offers that cater to Employer's
